Cracking apple brandy blended from eaux-de-vie aged matured for three to five years, displacing a delicious aromatic fresh apple palate and strong vanilla hints. With a colour that is bright and gold copper. The fragrance of apples and vanilla is well-balanced, while the palate is smooth, fruity with elegance of an aromatic richness. Produced as a blend of Calvados varieties from the Pays d'Auge of aged aged to perfection, the Boulard Grand Solage is its apple fragrance and amber colour. Grand Solage is perfect with a meal, it is also highly appreciated as an aperitif with tonic or on ice.
