Cordorniu Champagne Style sparkling wine is made with grapes from vineyards in the Costers del Segre region situated between Tarragona on the coast and Zaragoza which benefits from sea breezes blowing inland and the hot warm climate of more central Spain. As to taste and flavour this is a Sparkling Wine made with Methodee Champagne and of excellent quality displaying the delicate straw coloured wine which has well-defined aromas and flavours. Deliciously fruity with aromas of apple and pear undertones of vanilla and a crisp feel in the mouth and then just a hint of balancing acidity. The Rose Codorniu is a finely balanced rosé with no rough tannins with the most attractive pale salmon colour, this Champagne style has a sweet smooth strawberry acidity with along creamy fruit finish. Really good and enjoyable.
