The Australian wine dynasty Hardys have created a range of wines under the label, Hardys Crest and these wines set a new level in quality of wine grown for taste and flavour. In this double wine gift we have included a bottle of Hardys Crest Cabernet Shiraz Merlot from South Eastern Australia cumulating in a complex wine with full rich flavour of intense blackcurrants and combined soft fruit with hints of vanilla and oak. The second bottle in this Aussie wine double is a Hardys Crest Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc. Hardys the Australian winemakers have stood for quality in wines outclassing many of the so called best of the old world winemakers. In this wine the blend of two grape varieties. The use of the melon sweet and peach flavours of the Chardonnay has been lifted with the introduction of the tropical fruit characters of the Cabernet Blanc grape. Combining these flavours has produced a full flavoured Australian white wine of exceptional worth. Enjoy.
